Meaning-making isn’t about justifying the death or claiming it happened for a reason, but rather about how you integrate this experience into your life story, what you learn about yourself and life through grief, and whether you find purpose in advocacy, helping others, or changed priorities. Some survivors find meaning through spiritual beliefs, others through action, and some resist meaning-making entirely, trusting that not everything needs to make sense.
